VIP Airport Meet and Greet Across Germany

A named agent at the aircraft door or in the arrivals hall, through immigration and baggage, and into the car. Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Duesseldorf, Hamburg and the regional airports.

How a booking runs

From flight number to car door

1

You send the flight

Number, date, terminal, party size, baggage, and a mobile that will be on when the aircraft lands.

2

We name the agent

You get a name, a meeting point and a mobile number before your client boards — not a booking reference.

3

The agent tracks the flight

Diversions, gate changes and delays are watched on our side. The meeting point moves with the aircraft, not with the schedule.

4

Handover to the car

Through immigration and baggage, out to the chauffeur, or onward to the connecting gate. The agent stays until the client is with the next person.

What the service actually covers

An agent meets your client, takes the friction out of the airport, and hands them to the car or the connecting gate. What that looks like in practice depends on the airport and on what has been booked, and the difference matters more than the brochures suggest.

At the top end the agent meets the aircraft at the door with a name board, escorts the party through a separate immigration desk, collects the baggage while the client sits down, and walks them to a waiting vehicle. That level is available at Frankfurt and Munich and requires the airport’s own VIP service, which is a separate booking with its own lead time and its own rules about how many people may be met.

The common level, and the right one for most parties, is a greeter in the arrivals hall with a board, help with the baggage and the trolley, guidance to the meeting point, and the handover to the chauffeur. It costs a fraction of the VIP terminal and solves the actual problem, which is a tired client in an airport they do not know.

Where fast-track exists and where it does not

This is the detail that catches out most itineraries. Fast-track through security and immigration is an airport product, not something an agency can conjure. It exists at Frankfurt and Munich reliably, at Duesseldorf and Hamburg in a limited form, and at several regional airports not at all. Where it does not exist, an agent can carry the bags and know the way, but the queue is the queue.

We say which airports offer what before the day is sold, rather than after. A client who was promised fast-track at an airport that has none remembers it.

Connections, which is where it earns its money

The strongest case for assistance is not the arrival but the transfer. Frankfurt and Munich are large, and a ninety-minute connection with a terminal change, a passport control and a baggage re-check is tight for a traveller who does not know the building. An agent who meets the inbound at the gate and walks the party to the onward gate turns an anxious hour into a non-event.

The same applies in reverse for departures: meeting the client at the kerb, handling the check-in queue and the baggage drop, and walking them to security. For clients with restricted mobility, with small children, or on a first long-haul into Europe, this is the part of the programme they mention afterwards.

What we need from you, and when

Flight number, date, terminal, the number of people, the amount of baggage, and a mobile number that will be switched on when the aircraft lands. That last one matters more than it sounds: when a flight diverts or a gate changes, the agent needs to reach someone.

Standard notice is 48 hours. Same-day is sometimes possible at the large airports and never guaranteed. The airport-run VIP services at Frankfurt and Munich need longer and can close bookings several days out in peak weeks.

Questions advisors ask

Before you sell the arrival

Is fast-track always included?

No, and this is the detail that catches out most itineraries. Fast-track is an airport product. It is reliable at Frankfurt and Munich, limited at Duesseldorf and Hamburg, and unavailable at several regional airports. Where it does not exist the agent can carry the bags and know the way, but the queue is the queue.

What happens if the flight is delayed or diverted?

We track the flight, not the schedule. The agent waits and the meeting point moves with the aircraft. This is why we ask for a mobile number that will be switched on when the aircraft lands.

Can it be booked for a departure rather than an arrival?

Yes. Kerbside meet, check-in and baggage drop, escort to security. For clients with restricted mobility or small children this is often the more useful half.

How is this different from the airport’s own VIP terminal?

The VIP terminal at Frankfurt or Munich is the airport’s own product: a separate building, a separate booking, its own lead time and its own limits on party size. Our greeter service works inside the normal terminal and costs a fraction. We book either, and we say which one the situation actually calls for.

Book assistance for an arrival

Send the flight number, the terminal and the party. You get a named agent and a meeting point back before your client boards.
