Compass Tours Incoming has been founded in 1974 and operates local offices in Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt. The staff reflects a diversity of ages, backgrounds, and skill sets. It is the blend of these personalities and experience that is recognized by the customers as a valuable resource. Managing Partner is Michael Kater who is using his experiences in the travel industry to create with his team tailor-made German experiences for discerning clients.
