Southern Germany is the region advisors ask for most, and the one where the gap between a good day and a great day is widest. This archive collects the private programmes we run between the Franconian north and the Alpine border: full-day excursions from Munich to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, Berchtesgaden and the Eagle’s Nest, walking tours of Nuremberg and Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Advent market days, a two-day Alpine drive in a German sportscar, and journeys of eight or nine nights that use Munich as their base.

What the programmes share is the delivery rather than the itinerary: a licensed private guide or driver-guide, a vehicle matched to the party, and timings set by your clients instead of by a coach schedule. Entries that sell out weeks ahead are held before departure — Neuschwanstein above all, where the interior is seen only on the castle’s own timed tour and that one slot decides the shape of the whole day.

Every programme here is a starting point. Days can be swapped, shortened, extended or rebuilt around a single interest: Ludwig II, Alpine walking, the Passion Play year, or Franconian wine at the Wuerzburg end of the Romantic Road.
